An eSIM, or embedded SIM, is a digital version of a SIM card that’s built into your smartphone or device. It replaces the need for a physical SIM card.
Yes, you can — just use the top-up link provided with your digital delivery. Please note: the eSIM can only be topped up while it’s still active.
If you can’t find your code, just reach out to our customer support via WhatsApp — we’ll resend it to you by email.
Yes — to get the best coverage, make sure data roaming is enabled in your phone’s settings. Don’t worry, there won’t be any extra charges as long as your eSIM is set up correctly.
Your eSIM gives you access to 4G, LTE, and even 5G speeds — just like a local data plan. However, in remote areas or places with weak coverage, speeds may be lower.
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. That’s why you can request a refund under certain conditions:
– If you purchased the eSIM without checking if your device is compatible.
– If you canceled your trip or no longer need the eSIM.
Important: Refunds are only possible if the eSIM has not been activated and has remained inactive for less than 180 days since purchase. If the eSIM has already been used or expired, a refund cannot be issued.
Once approved, refunds will be sent to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
You can top up your eSIM anytime as long as it’s still active. If you ever want to remove it, you can do so in your phone’s mobile network settings.
If you accidentally delete your eSIM, you can re-add it on the same device. Just keep in mind that it’s linked to the phone where it was first activated and won’t work on any other device.
To check your remaining data or top up, use the usage link we emailed you after your purchase. You’ll find both your current balance and top-up options there. Please note that usage data may be delayed by 2 to 4 hours.
