1. Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. That’s why you can request a refund under the following conditions:

  • If you purchased the eSIM without checking whether your device is compatible.
  • If you canceled your trip or no longer need the eSIM.

Important: Refunds are only possible if the eSIM has not been activated and has remained inactive for less than 180 days since the date of purchase. If the eSIM has already been used or has expired, a refund cannot be issued.

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

2. Non-Refundable Items

eSIMs are non-refundable if they have been activated or have remained inactive for more than 180 days from the date of purchase.
