Welcome to Roamex. By accessing our website or purchasing an eSIM, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

1.服务说明

Roamex provides digital eSIMs for travelers. Our plans offer mobile data access in supported regions. No physical SIM card is shipped.

2.设备兼容性

购买前，请确认您的设备支持 eSIM 并已解锁运营商。如果您的设备不兼容，您可以根据我们的 退款政策.

3. eSIM 交付和激活

eSIM 会在购买后不久通过电子邮件发送。如果您的 eSIM 尚未扫描或激活，并且您的请求属于 退款政策在这种情况下，可以退款。

4.可接受的使用

如果出现误用、欺诈或滥用我们平台的情况，我们保留暂停服务的权利。这包括过度违规或试图利用系统。

5.定价与付款

除非另有说明，否则所有价格均以欧元为单位。付款通过值得信赖的第三方供应商安全处理。订购即表示您确认了解所选产品和地区。

6.责任限制

Roamex is not responsible for the performance, availability, or coverage of third-party mobile networks in any country. All network infrastructure (such as towers and local data service) is operated by external providers.

8.法律通告

Roamex operates solely as a digital eSIM solution provided by licensed third-party telecommunications providers. We do not operate or manage any mobile networks, and we do not provide or control the underlying connectivity, provisioning systems, or technical delivery mechanisms used to supply eSIM functionality or mobile data access.

根据荷兰电信法 (Telecommunicatiewet)，特别是第 1.1 条和第 2.1-2.2 条，Roamex 不具备电子通信服务提供商的资格。我们不属于电信提供商的法律定义范围，因为我们不通过电子通信网络传输或管理通信。

9.退出权（欧盟客户）

如果您是居住在欧盟的消费者，只要 eSIM 尚未激活或下载，您有权在 14 天内撤回购买，无需说明任何理由。

根据 2011/83/EU 号指令第 16(m)条的规定，一旦完成购买并接受立即发货，即表示您同意放弃此项权利。

10.条款变更

我们保留随时更新或修改这些条款和条件的权利。在任何变更后继续使用我们的网站或服务，即表示您接受修订后的条款。
