Roamex provides digital eSIMs for travelers. Our plans offer mobile data access in supported regions. No physical SIM card is shipped.
Before purchasing, please verify that your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked. If your device is incompatible, you may be eligible for a refund according to our Refund Policy.
eSIMs are delivered by email shortly after purchase. If your eSIM has not yet been scanned or activated, and your request falls within the Refund Policy, a refund may be possible.
We reserve the right to suspend service in cases of misuse, fraud, or abuse of our platform. This includes excessive violations or attempts to exploit the system.
All prices are listed in EUR unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers. By ordering, you confirm your understanding of the selected product and region.
Roamex is not responsible for the performance, availability, or coverage of third-party mobile networks in any country. All network infrastructure (such as towers and local data service) is operated by external providers.

Roamex operates solely as a digital eSIM solution provided by licensed third-party telecommunications providers. We do not operate or manage any mobile networks, and we do not provide or control the underlying connectivity, provisioning systems, or technical delivery mechanisms used to supply eSIM functionality or mobile data access.
Under the Dutch Telecommunications Act (Telecommunicatiewet), particularly Articles 1.1 and 2.1–2.2, Roamex does not qualify as a provider of electronic communications services. We do not fall under the legal definition of a telecommunications provider, as we do not transmit or manage communications over an electronic communications network.
All technical service aspects — including activation, network access, and data performance — are the sole responsibility of the respective network operator. Roamex facilitates access to these services via its website but is not responsible for the operational performance of any telecommunications infrastructure.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, provided the eSIM has not yet been activated or downloaded.
By completing your purchase and accepting immediate delivery, you agree to waive this right in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
