Welcome to Roamex. By accessing our website or purchasing an eSIM, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.
1. Definitions
“Roamex” – The company Roamex, registered in the Netherlands.
“Customer” / “You” – Any individual purchasing or using Roamex products or services.
“eSIM” – A digital embedded SIM profile provided through third-party telecommunications operators.
“Activation” – Any action that initiates the use of the eSIM, including scanning, installing, or downloading the profile.
“Network Operator” – The external telecommunications provider responsible for mobile network performance.
2. Service Description
Roamex provides digital eSIMs for travelers. Our plans offer mobile data access in supported regions. No physical SIM card is shipped. Roamex does not operate its own network and relies exclusively on third-party telecom providers.
3. Device Compatibility
Before purchasing, you must confirm that your device:
- Supports eSIM technology, and
- Is carrier-unlocked.

4. eSIM Delivery & Activation
eSIMs are delivered by email shortly after successful payment. Delivery usually occurs within minutes but may take up to 1 hour depending on system load or verification checks.
A refund is only possible if the eSIM has not been activated, scanned, downloaded, or installed, and your case meets the requirements stated in the Refund Policy: https://roamex.com/pages/refund-policy
Once the eSIM is activated or downloaded, refunds are no longer possible under EU digital goods regulations.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Roamex products or services. Misuse includes, but is not limited to:
- Fraud or attempted fraud
- Attempts to exploit system vulnerabilities
Roamex reserves the right to suspend or terminate service in cases of misuse without refund.
6. Pricing & Payments
All prices are displayed in EUR unless stated otherwise. Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party providers.
By placing an order, you confirm your understanding of the selected product, region, and technical requirements.
7. Limitation of Liability
Roamex is not responsible for:
- Network performance, speed, or stability
- Coverage availability in any region
- Data speeds affected by local conditions or network congestion
- Outages, restrictions, or failures caused by third-party operators
All network infrastructure is owned and operated by third-party telecommunications providers.
Roamex’s liability is limited to the maximum amount paid for the purchased eSIM.
8. Legal Notice
Roamex operates solely as a digital eSIM solution in cooperation with licensed telecommunications providers.
Under the Dutch Telecommunications Act (Telecommunicatiewet), particularly Articles 1.1 and 2.1–2.2, Roamex does not qualify as a provider of electronic communications services, as we do not operate or manage any electronic communications network.
All network access, activation systems, and technical connectivity are the responsibility of the respective mobile network operator.

9. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are an EU consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, only if the eSIM has not been activated or downloaded.
By completing your purchase and agreeing to immediate delivery, you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the digital service is activated, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

11. Changes to Terms
Roamex may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the Dutch Court.
